Pre-Design/Team Formation

We are frequently asked to assist clients with the preliminary review and selection of the project architect and/or contractor. Our early involvement allows us to implement a construction planning program that includes budgeting and scheduling with a wholly integrated team. Building total project management from the ground up ensures a strong foundation for all phases of successful design and construction.

Participate in project design programming with client and architect.
Develop RFP for design services. Interview architects and assist client with architect selection.
Establish communication network to ensure that all interested/effected parties understand status of project.
Liaison with project-related committees.
Develop proposal request for general contractor.
Review contractor proposals. Interview contractors and recommend contractor selection.
Participate in the selection of other consultants/sub-consultants and services, as required.
