Contract Development/Negotiation

We work out contractual agreements that are fair, straightforward, and support project objectives.

• Work with selected architect and/or general contractor to obtain contract proposals as quickly as possible.

• Review services proposals from architect and/or general contractor and negotiate terms to ensure that agreements represent the best interests of the owner.

• Prepare and present final negotiated contract documents to owner for signature.

• Maintain files and records associated with the agreement.

• Recommend to the owner appropriate contractual relationships with other consultants and inspection services.
