Commissioning and Closeout

We work with the owner and the architect to develop the final punchlist and manage the close-out process to ensure fulfillment of all regulatory and functional requirements for a complete and operational building.

• Ensure that final punchlist issues are actively managed and closed.

• Work with owner, architect, and contractor to ensure that user training is coordinated and complete.

• Ensure that all operational and maintenance manuals are complete and delivered to owner.

• Ensure that as-built drawings are complete and delivered to owner.

• Select and oversee commissioning agent.

• Coordinate close-out documents and recommend final payment processing to owner.
